LA
Long-sad-story short...went to Disneyland the day BEFORE the new Star Wars ride opened... i guess this just means i'll have to go back?
Did this little sketch the night before in the hotel.
During the long drive home i kept thinking about how great it'd be to pull over and paint some of the great landscape we drove by. my better judgment told me that a six hour drive would then turn into 8-9... maybe one day.

La Raza
Last night i pulled out my sketch book and realized that i haven't drawn in it for a few weeks. It's all been digital work lately. But i felt like filling up a few pages so i started drawing these guys (and chicas).
Totally unrealated, it's my gradfathers birthday today. My grandparents have always been an inspiration to me, and i'll be lucky to be half the man my grandfather is. So i made him a little something (artist grandson type-o gift = free)

So i gave into my fiancées request to "make her a picture" of Mr.Darcy from Pride and Prejudice. So here it is, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

My "daily post" exercise has been temporarily slowed down. I've been working on organizing all the work i produced this semester (ahem, cleaning up the horrible hurricane of a mess i made throughout my apartment)
also, i can't wait for this weather to improve so i can take my easel out and paint.
