Pushing forward

My personal "artistic journey" has these occasional moments of surprising the hell out of my self. And these moments totally rule because it helps me see growth in my self and increases my confidence in my skill. So long story short, I've always had a phobia of drawing cars. And suddenly (once i stopped caring or giving two ducks about how my cars look) cars are working for me. So, cool, on to the next!

Another morning passed getting REALLY into a sketch. Got some work done too.

Gouache continued. So i left all my paint out from last night, and tonight i decided to give it another shot.

i could paint every day.

Felt like breaking out the gouache tonight. Last time i used it was during school a few years ago, and i remember every one complaining about it, and hating it. I wasn’t crazy about it at first, but it grew on me. AND i have all this paint that i can’t let go to waste! 

Painting gets boring...NOT!
